After making an edit to https://meta.wikimedia.org/wiki/MassMessage, I tried to mark the changes for translation using the link at the top as usual. 1. Instead of the usual interface, a page with only a confirmation button was shown and I clicked on it. But clicking on it, leads to an empty page with only the "Page translation" page heading shown. I'm not sure when this was changed but it's been quite some time since I last tried to mark for translation.
