Description

Draft the announcement for a 6-month migration phase for Wikistats.

The announcement should go live on:

analytics@lists.wikimedia.org + wiki-research-l + social media
infodisiac.com/blog
headers of current wikistats reports

Even if we're not announcing it on the WMF blog we should give Comms and CLs the heads up.

Finally, I suggest we also post the plan somewhere under wikitech:Analytics so there's a place for the community to discuss and ask questions.
