The save button is not enable when editing qualifiers.

Procedure:
Add property, add value, save, add qualifier, add qualifier property, add qualifier value, SAVE MISSING.

The workaround is, after qualifier value entry, to press 'edit' for the claim. Then the 'save' button appears.

'Enter' neither works in this sitation.
