The problem is that https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Template:Infobox_political_party doesn't have any TemplateData set saying how it wants to be laid out, and at the time we were assuming that meant to lay it out "inline". I've changed the template so next time this will lay out "correctly" (and in the specified order). Sorry about this.
