Forms can't be scrolled on mobile

Description

It's not possible to respond to emails on mobile (using Safari on iOS), due to a non-functioning scroll function.

Could you perhaps give some more detail (e.g., by providing a screenshot)? I've found an upstream bug related to non-scrollable iFrames in iOS, but that issue should have been fixed in the version we're currently using (http://bugs.otrs.org/show_bug.cgi?id=11717).

Hm, seems to be working now. Earlier, the page simply wouldn't scroll. Not sure how a screenshot would illustrate that.
