I would love an app setting, that allows me to choose the default page that loads in the app, so that I can set either:

• the [[main page]],
• the search page,
• my user page,
• last visited page <---- the current behaviour
• or something else (a user-selected page)

It would solve these use-cases:

• As a user, I want to always open the search page by default. Currently I have to use the 4x1 widget to do this. (And if I use the widget, then I cannot access the hamburger menu to get to other pages - I have to search)
• As a user, I want to always start with my userpage, which contains a collection of links and notes
• As a user, I do not want to always see the last page that I looked at. Some of the pages I look at might be depressing or NSFW or otherwise private or distracting. There might be someone looking over my shoulder!
