Description

Go to https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/2014_Arizona_Cardinals_season?veaction=edit (or open any other long article in VE)
Copy {{welcome}} into a plain text box, then from there into VE
A "Converting wikitext" dialog appears with a progress bar
The dialog disappears and the template is inserted, but the editor scrolls to the bottom, so the pasted template is not in view

This scrolling should not happen.
