Generate a userpage similar to https://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/User:JHernandez_(WMF)/lists
based on a user's gather collections

Do we want to do this for everyone who signed up (in which case probably a simple pywikibot script) or just provide an option for it on the download page (which will exist for some limited time and require another mass message to be sent out, and the API calls to create the user pages can simply be incorporated into that page)?
Maybe the second, given that most if is needed for the private lists anyway? Not sure, but neither one is particularly difficult.
