H33 should stay the same so that all of CirrusSearch, Elasticsearch, MediaWiki-Search, Wikidata-Query-Service, Maps and Wikimedia-Portals get Discovery-ARCHIVED
Add new rule for CirrusSearch, Elasticsearch, MediaWiki-Search to get Discovery-Search as well.

You want all of those to also get Discovery-Search, right? (ie: not *just* CirrusSearch and MediaWiki-Search )
Doing *just* those two would requiring breaking out the herald rule into two, which I can do, but I just want to make sure I got the right intention.
CirrusSearch, Elasticsearch, MediaWiki-Search should get Discovery-ARCHIVED and Discovery-Search
Wikidata-Query-Service, Maps and Wikimedia-Portals should continue to just get Discovery-ARCHIVED.
kk, I'll make two separate herald rules, one for adding discovery (that get's em all) and one for adding search-backlog (that gets only those 3)
we should really move towards using subprojects instead of herald rules for situations like this. Herald rules have a fairly high cost to run, and that cost is paid every time a task is submitted or edited. Currently we have ~100ms spent evaluating herald rules, about 1ms per rule.
@mmodell: Thanks for the reminder. It prompted us to consider switching to sub-projects and/or milestones (at some point).
