Warn us if a donor has multiple subscriptions

Description

I see this happened with contact 9555290. Not sure how often this happens, but the donor will inevitably be distressed and will ask us for refunds, cancellations, etc.

It would be polite to detect this condition as soon as their new subscription hits Civi. We could send the donor or our support team a warning email.

@MBeat33 do you know if anyone is complaining about getting double charged for a recurring donation? We found 1 record and we hope it is not more common.

@DStrine this is actually pretty common, sometimes donors will create a new recurring donation to raise the amount of their donation, rather than cancelling the old one. In other cases they use multiple payment methods at the same time, the circumstances really can vary. It would be helpful to have an email sent to donor services to look into when a duplicate is created, but I would say let's not send them automatically to donors as it might generate more questions/ticket volume. For the amount of time DS puts into tickets about this, I would suggest prioritizing this as normal.
