Include format version into RDF output

Description

Currently, dump flavor of the RDF export does not include softwareVersion triple. This needs to be changed, since if we change format - such as we may do with T130049 - we will have to deal with two formats living simultaneously, due to the time gap between deployment of code on wikidata, generation of the new dump and loading it into WDQS. Thus, we need softwareVersion on individual entity's RDF export.
