I'll try to get T129216: Pywikibot should support async chunked uploading done this weekend and upload the file (since this one is on encoding02 as well things are easier)

Per T129754#2128326 once uploaded, it's available in UploadStash but the server can't achieve file reconstitution. So it won't work with pywikibot and should be processed server side.
