'Wikipedia' in Bosnian should be 's Wikipedijom' in instrumental case

Description

The instrumental case output by {{GRAMMAR}} isn't correct for the word "Wikipedia" in Bosnian.

For the other words, the grammar rule seems to work well accoding @Srdjan_m.

In 2008, there were a move outside the configuration of this kind of fixes.

WARNING to Wikimedia shell operators: the whole section "wgGrammarForms" in InitialiseSettings.php.html should be remove after updating to this version. It will most probably overrule all settings in WikimediaMessages because of "'default' => array()"
