With the lazy loading of images rolling out to a % of the users on mobile we should make sure we also test that in WebPageTest. Lets continue to test the Barack Obama page and just replace the one we have today where we test the NetSpeed B cookie.
I'll do the change when we know the cookie name, and can test it so it works.
