Beyond being able to report absolute numbers and showing a graph of link numbers, we should be able to tell partners how many links to their resources have been added/removed since the start of the partnership and since the previous sent report. It's useful to communicate this as raw number change and percentage growth.

This is roughly the same query as the previous one, with relative changes instead of absolute values. So it could be done as a query on the results of the other query or in the front-end as a user-interactive feature. It's up to whoever's implementing it to pick a way, I'm happy to assist with both but the front-end way will take longer (and probably be more fun :))

I think front-end would be more desirable; being able to let us/the partners adjust the dates to find particular link change numbers, rather than have them set in stone, would be great!
