Racist and inappropriate words being used in WMF captcha

Description

This is "Russavia"

I have just registered an account on Commons, and the captcha included the word "gook" or "gooks".

This is not the first time that I have run across racist and inappropriate words in captcha upon signing up.

Surely the WMF does not want to be seen to using such terminology given the world-wide nature of the WMF project user base.

Can this be looked into thanks.

That word was added to the blacklist, which we maintain for these reasons.

We have a list of English offensive words at Wiktionary ("gook" is just one of them), perhaps we can import from that list?
