[Feature] Wiktionary should support synonyms and antonyms

Description

The Content Service should add support for Wiktionary synonyms and antonyms via Wikisaurus. The Android app should display synonyms.

There doesn't seem to be many words defined yet so this task is low priority.

Currently semantic relationships (synonyms, antonyms etc) are not extracted at all, or mistaken as usage examples (cf T187430).

In cases where these relationships are easily extractable (attached to a sense and formatted with https://en.wiktionary.org/wiki/Template:syn or similar) they should get returned by the API.
