NOTE: T131804 is probably currently a duplicate of this task, but could be re-purposed to cover point 3 above (or maybe points 2 and 3).

I've started documenting possible 'improvements' to SQ that I saw bubble up from notes with various stakeholders - I'm sure there are other potential sources, feel free to point me in the right direction or add to the list yourself

@Awjrichards and @ksmith will meet to get the document to the point that it is fully reviewable by TPG, and will send email to the team when it is ready.
