Hi, we would like to ask you to remove IP rate limit on 30th March 2016 because we have an Educational course. We want to create more accounts from while connected from one IP address. Thank you.

Sorry for asking so late, we have thought till this Monday one can still go around this Six account limit via creating accounts on several Wikimedia projects. This was suggested at meta:Grants:Learning patterns/Six-account limit but it no more seems to work.
