Articles with '/' in title break preview

Description

When suggested articles have a '/' in the title, the preview displays the 'No internet' error message.

Special characters in titles need to be handled appropriately for requests.

I think it will help if we can have a predictable way to way to recreate the situation. Where exactly can we hardcode and always return articles with '/'?
