Look through the backlog of new sources requests https://phabricator.wikimedia.org/project/view/550/ and close everything older than 1 year.

Done, except for Nepal which I assigned to @Lokal_Profil (hopefully it will get done) and the bugs for Germany where we need to see if @gabriel-wmde can take the lead. If not, I will close those as well.
