How to reproduce:

Go to m.mediawiki.org, click on notifications button ( open notifications )
check out mentions or some other link, they still have ( www.mediawiki.org/<> )
click on one, and your are taken out of your mobile view

Expected results:

Echo links should follow the original mobile view.
