Hi, please add permission to add user group account creators to sysops at cswiki. We voted about it in the first part at https://cs.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wikipedie:Pod_l%C3%ADpou_(technika)#4.2C_Zakladatel.C3.A9_.C3.BA.C4.8Dt.C5.AF_-_hlasov.C3.A1n.C3.AD .

We also want to add permission noratelimit to course coordinators. We voted about it in the second part at https://cs.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wikipedie:Pod_l%C3%ADpou_(technika)#4.2C_Zakladatel.C3.A9_.C3.BA.C4.8Dt.C5.AF_-_hlasov.C3.A1n.C3.AD . Thank you.

@Urbanecm Should sysops able to remove users from the accountcreatorgroup too? Otherwise you will need to ask a steward every time.
