Merge F&R, AF&R, CM and Ext.Proc. into a single box

This box can be similar to Rules defined in Advanced F&R but it will also allow the user to define whether the want F&R, CM or Ext. Proc. to be executed.

This gives us more space, allows multiple instances of Custom modules to run, etc.
