Last 6 month , our Dynamic Layout at bn.wikisoure was working perfect. We are just watching that past 2 days , this Dynamic Layout is not working properly.
For a Example
Layout 1 - no effect
Layout 2 - No effect
Layout 3 - vanish the content text from page.
Proposed Layout - No effect
We have not changed any mediawiki js or css page.

This Dynamic Layout is same as English Wikisource.

@Aklapper While that is most likely to first happen at the big wikis, at the small wikis the technical expertise is simply not there, so it becomes a matter of how these small wikis get assistance of those larger communities in their sister ranks. I understand the conundrum of local template bugs being in Phabricator, though if it is labelled specifically for the WS community project, is it that problematic?

You have such a multi-dimensional task being bug-wrangler so juggling each of those components can be a big effort. Don't think that having an opinion expressed politely is anything for which you should need to apologise.
