This post didn't generate a notification, either on-wiki or cross-wiki. It did show up in my watchlist. I then looked back in the notifications and couldn't find any notifications for previous weeks' newsletters, even though I know I got those notifications at the time, and other older notifications (not for my talk page) are still there.
