Need print styles. If nothing else, need to hide the navigation.

If this is for Vector / Monobook etc, then there are already print styles in place.

Given that Timeless these days has a print.css and the printable view (printable=yes in URL) seems sane to me and doesn't appear to include any additional, unwanted UI elements, I'm going to close this task.
