Consider including a little more info in the Recent Changes and User Contributions entries when a user creates a new Flow topic or comments on a Flow topic

Description

When a user posts a new Flow topic or posts a comment on a flow topic, the corresponding entries in Recent Changes and User Contributions just say "<topic name> on <page name>" and they do not give any info about what the user did. I suggest that we can add something as simple as "New topic" and "New comment".

This could be on the lines of when a user edits a post, the entry in Recent Changes says (in grey): "A post was edited", but in this case also, the corresponding entry in User Contributions doesn't offer any clue as to what the user did.

To summarise, what I'm suggesting is that we should avoid summaries that just say "<topic name> on <page name>", and to add just a few words to say what was done.
