I wanted to do this but it seems it's way more complicated because wikilabels has its own system of handling i18n messages and it doesn't use off-the-shelf libraries. We should have a parent task to get this done. Also, implementing gender is another burden because we don't store (or get) gender of the user, it should probably be added to the API calls.
