- Have a blocked user attempting to add a new topic.
- The proper warning appear.
- Expand a board description (if it was not expanded) - 'Additional information' won't resize properly as other sections.
Note:
- when a browser window in a full-screen mode, all sections are displayed properly
- the resizing of a browser window is not extreme at all when the issue is present
