In cross-wiki notifications, I often want to go to the wiki instead of going to individual pages. When I have multiple notifications from mw.org (for example), there doesn't seem to be any "Just take me to that wiki" button. Going to the Main Page would be okay; going to my watchlist would be great.

The obvious thing to do is to make the name of the originating wiki be a clickable link.
