@Senapa: Length: 1028079814 (980M). Have you tried uploading the video yourself via Upload Wizard and chunked uploading, and what were the problems you faced?

@Aklapper it gives very random results for > 300 Mb files, so I suggest we don't everytime ask users this question pending T132300 resolution.

@Senapa Thanks for including an hash, that's helpful to ensure the file we're processing is the correct file.

@Aklapper So it seems we can redirect more experienced users to https://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/User_talk:Rillke/bigChunkedUpload.js, which has worked for @Senapa.

It seems during your try with bigChunkedUpload.js or my try with Special:Upload upload by URL to test further T118887, the file has been uploaded, but then, any further processing stopped:
