Broken upload-by-url whitelist on Commons Beta

Description

The (GWT) upload-by-url whitelist has only a few items (instead of dozens of GLAM related domains):

  • upload.wikimedia.org

http://commons.wikimedia.beta.wmflabs.org/wiki/Special:GWToolset

As a consequence all GLAM using Beta (incubation stage) are stuck in their respective upload projects.

This situation is already many days old. It would be really good to have a service back to normal ASAP (for example Monday CET) so GLAM employees can continue their work. Please rollback the problematic commit(s).
