The upload wizard allows to upload large files using chunked uploads.
When we try it with a large file, upload generally work, ie the file appears in UploadStash.
But then, after the file is uploaded, the wizard continues indefinitely to run.
For example, when a Commons user has tried to upload through the wizard the file at T129754, it got the following result:
I'm not sure what is the problem that you're reporting. The screenshot looks like a perfectly fine ongoing upload, about 60% done. Data is still being transferred, as shown in the popup. After the upload is finished, you might need to wait for a bit longer for the upload servers to merge the uploaded chunks into one file (UploadWizard will display "Assembling…" while this is ongoing), this can take up to 10 minutes.
I've just tried with the same file (downloaded from Commons) and it uploaded fine. Not entirely without issues (the progress bar was stuck for most of the time, T130610, and it didn't give me an error that this file is already uploaded, T130564), but the important part is that the upload succeeded.
Waiting on input from the reporter, but this seems low priority if we haven't had any more reports and nobody cares to elaborate on this one.
