I don't think there's much to design here? Seems like we just layout as now, but only on half the screen?

I'm moving this forward, but please pull back to Needs Design if there is more design specifics needed.

To test:

  1. Open the app on an iPad Air 2 or an iPad pro
  2. Close the app
  3. Open Safari
  4. Drag from the right side of the screen to reveal the multitasking window
  5. The wikipedia app should appear as an option.
  6. Select Wikipedia app
  7. The wikipedia app should appear as a side bar

I don't have access to an iPad Air 2 or an iPad pro so I can't test this right now.

Verified on simulator. Some day, when editing is easier, this will be a very nice feature for having a browser window for research next to the article editing screen. Someday...
