Current WMF documented practices cover aspects of generating useful meeting notes (1, 2), but do not address in any detail how to communicate the notes to appropriate audiences. E.g., who to circulate them to, how to name and tag them in
TPG discussed this briefly in a team meeting (notes); this task turns that discussion into a plan of action.
