Licensed-PD-Art -template displays partial data in Media Viewer
Open, Stalled, LowPublic

Using the Licensed-PD-Art -template, it is possible to set different licenses for the depicted artwork and the reproduction. The Media Viewer displays only the license of the depicted artwork, neglecting the license of the reproduction.

In the US and in Wikimedia Commons, the reproduction license is not considered. In Europe, and in this case Finland, the reproduction may be protected/licensed, and the conditions should be visible for users.

Media Viewer relies on the Commons machine-readable data format which has no concept of "partial licenses".

I'm leaving this stalled until structured data is available to clear up the authorship questions present, even in the file you listed as an example. The current structure of the license template and attribution value above are not conducive to us solving this in a good way.

This will be addressed once and for all as part of the Structured Data project (the structured licenses feature specifically), so I'm moving it over there. As MarkTraceur commented above, the current structure doesn't allow us to fix this properly.
