Extension:Preloader by Rob Church (in svn) should implement <preloadonly> (similar to <includeonly>) in addition to <nopreload> (similar to <noinclude>) This will be required so as to avoid preloader templates to appear in unwanted categories, that pages using them are to be added to.

I personally do not see benefit, but others might, in adding <onlypreload> (similar to <onlyinclude>)
