Introduce "map reset" button (pending design)
Open, LowPublic

Description

I suspect it would be a needed feature to reset the position of the map back to the original view as specified in the <mapframe>. Should we introduce this as yet another button? I'm a bit worried about button sprawl.

As far as I understand it this is a button that exists in many apps and doesn't need much design work. Here is how it looks in the (really well designed) StreetComplete app I use.
