It is often necessary to look into two separate logs to find out what why users had their edits "blocked". E.g.: a user might have inserted a URL which is in the SPAM blacklist, or the user could be triggering some edit filter. It is not convenient to look into two places for this, so maybe it is possible to merge these two special pages? Specially considering that

says "All public logs" and then we find none of the public abuse filter logs in that page...
