I'd like a static IP allocated to the yandex-proxy Labs project.
This IP will be used to provide a static outbound IP when communicating with the search API at https://yandex.ru/. The Yandex.XML service requires a known static IP for access. I will attach this IP to yandex-proxy01.yandex-proxy.eqiad.wmflabs and configure an nginx reverse proxy there that is only accessible to Tool Labs.
