Impossible to change language of article in the mobile interface

Description

There's no link to change the articles language, the only way seems to be to either switch to the desktop side or change the URL manually if the term is known in the other lngauge.

The button was moved to the top of the page, at least for beta users. See T128350.

As @Sjoerddebruin points out languages are accessible via the icon at the top of the page.
