The translatewiki.net editing chat bot prototype that I made at the Jerusalem Hackathon is coupled to Telegram.
The editing functionality can be quite easily separated into a different Node.js module, and interface for other chat networks can be made—Telegram, Slack, Facebook, etc.

This task has been assigned to the same task owner for more than two years.
