Description

Click on a topic in 'Browse topics' that is more than 25 items (or so) down the list - no redirection to the selected topic happens and the Console displays the following:

Note: a little bit tricky - if you navigate manually to a different page - i.e. scroll down - and saw the topic, all topics from 'Browse topics' will be accessible. If you cannot reproduce the bug, try to refresh the page.

Moving the issue to Collaboration Q4 board. Two reason

most likely related to T122873: Old topics not loading at one Flow board
much easier to reproduce - find any Flow board with # of topics >=11

Click to browse topics, scroll to the end and click on the topics titles at the bottom of the list and the following errors cosnistently appear:

No topics returned from API

For testing: re-check T128431: [betalabs]: Permalink for a topic directs to Flow Archive page after the fix.
