Currently, we page query the API locally or remotely, for pagenames in the TimedText namespace. This is shaky. Like query/videoinfo/derivatives and or query/transcodestatus, we should probably have a query/videoinfo/timedtext endpoint, that simply lists the urls etc. (Basically the attributes of <track>)

That way it can be implemented similar to derivates/<source>
