Users can keep suggestions for later, and they will be able to add specific pages once T128174 is supported.

There may be additional ways in which keeping a page for later can become more fluent:

• Add a page automatically to "for later" if the user started the translation but didn't add any content to it.
• Extend T111094 to provide an explicit secondary action to "Keep for later" in addition to "Translate".

Before supporting these ideas we need to check if they are still needed after T128174, and how to avoid some of the potential drawbacks (e.g., unexpected pages added "for later" or causing distraction for the process of starting a new translation).
