Doing the same edit in Chrome/Firefox I can't reproduce. Do we have any more details? Are we sure it wasn't user error?

No more details. She's a brand-new editor, and it was almost a week ago, so I'm not hopeful about getting more information at this point.

Should we close this one?

Since this cannot be reproduced, it must be assumed that this was either a transient problem or the user unintentionally did something wrong that caused this.
