Hi John; apologies it's taken this long for anyone to get back to you about this mailing list.
Before I create the list, I require the following information from you:
- Are the list archives supposed to be public or private?
- Should subscription to the list require admin approval or subscriber confirmation only?
I strongly suggest (1) public, (2) subscriber confirmation only unless the list must be private for some reason. I would also suggest perhaps shortening the name of the list as it's a bit long, but I guess I can deal with it being what it is if it works for you.
Please let me know your answers to (1) and (2) and I'll try to attend to your request as soon as I can, perhaps even tomorrow evening (26 May).

(1) public, (2) subscriber confirmation only sounds suitable.
If the name is okay, please go ahead and create it. I haven't been able to come up with a shorter name I'm afraid.

The list has now been created, and I configured it to have public archives, with new list subscribers added upon (their) confirmation.
