According to the time estimations, T122154, and subsequently this, will be done by Wikispeech-WMSE. Have you started working on this?

It's a bit unclear if this is for the TTS-server only or if the end user should be able to choose. Either way, since T122154 is done and the preference has been added in T149302, I'd say this is done.
