These are all labs terms of use violations, since there is no interstitial warning you that your IP is being sent to a third party (See https://wikitech.wikimedia.org/wiki/Wikitech:Labs_Terms_of_use#What_information_should_I_provide_to_users.3F)

Please either load the assets you need from your own tool, or use tools.wmflabs.org/cdnjs.
